By accessing and using CoolDat Shop (the "Service"), operated by PULR Technologies Inc. (the "Company", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

CoolDat Shop provides a platform for software license and digital product distribution. We offer different types of licenses including:

• Monthly licenses with automatic renewal
• Annual licenses with automatic renewal
• Lifetime licenses (one-time payment)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensure you logout from your account at the end of each session

4. Licenses and Payments

4.1 License Types

Monthly and Annual Licenses: These licenses automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

Lifetime Licenses: Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases that provide permanent access to the product and future updates, subject to our support policies.

4.2 Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for monthly and annual licenses. Lifetime licenses may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Share your license key with unauthorized individuals
• Use the Service in a manner that damages, disables, or overburdens our servers
• Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or network
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PULR Technologies Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PULR Technologies Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
